About us
The International Council of Cosmetology and Trichology is a council (under a board of directors) created as a matter of urgency for cosmetologists and hairdressers. From 2015 to 2020, the experience of Besley Welisara (the founder) as a basic foundation, this council emerged as a challenge to the monopolistic professional level of the country and has targeted many objectives.
A common platform created to prioritize the knowledge, counseling, training, and business development of members required to operate professionally under international standards, scientific and high technical standards.
Policy formulation, introducing degree courses and maintaining them, pointing out its value for artisans without higher education and directing them to it by integrating the world’s universities are prominent among the objectives.
Subject to one standardisation, developing and implementing plans beyond tertiary education to become internationally updated and able to challenge the competitive world market and thus become a desirable foreign exchange earning group for the country and primary among the objectives is to give voice to the members in case of injustice and act as an influence group.

To evaluate members leading professionals, to plan award ceremonies, to engage directly and indirectly as social service workers and to create an organizational structure dedicated to public and voluntary work;
Offer to take legal action on behalf of professional abusers, groups.
As aesthetic artists, beauticians and hairdressers, contributing to every possible process to earn high social value,

ප්‍රතිපත්ති සම්පාදනය, උපාධී පාඨමාලා හඳුන්වා දෙමින් ඒවා පවත්වාගෙන යාම, උසස් අධ්‍යාපනයක් නොමැති ශිල්පීන් සඳහා එහි වටිනාකම පෙන්වා දෙමින් ලෝකයේ විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ඒකාබද්ධ කරමින් ඔවුන්ව ඒ සඳහා යොමු කිරීම මෙහි අරමුණු අතර ප්‍රභල වේ.

සාමජිකයින් ප්‍රමුඛ වෘත්තිකයින් ඇගයිම් කිරීම, සම්මාන උළෙලවල් සැලසුම් කිරීම, සමාජ සේවා ක්‍රියාකාරීන් ලෙස සෘජුව හා වක්‍රව සම්බන්ධවීම පොදු සහ ස්වෙච්ඡා කටයුතු වෙනුවෙන් කැපවෙන සංවිධානාත්මක ව්‍යූහක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමත්,
වෘත්තීය අවභාවිතා කරන්නන්, කණ්ඩායම්, වෙනුවෙන් නිතීමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග වලට යොමු වීමට ඉදිරිපත් වීම.
සෞන්දර්යාත්මක ශිල්පීන් ලෙසත්, රූපලාවන්‍යවේදීන්න් ලෙසත්, කේශලාවන්‍යවිද්‍යාවේදීන් ලෙසත්, උසස් සාමාජීය වටිනාක් උපයා ගැනීමට හැකි සෑම ක්‍රියාවලියක් සඳහා දායක වීමත්,
